Caroll Edwards
September 8, 1949 – April 8, 2026
Caroll Edwards, born on September 8, 1949, in San Jose, California, passed peacefully on April 8, 2026.
Caroll lived a life rooted in love, family and friends, and an appreciation for life’s simple joys. She grew up in Akron, OH, and Pecos, TX, and spent her years living in many places she held dear: Brenham, TX, Bandera, TX, Victoria, TX, Honolulu, HI, and San Jose, CA. No matter where life took her, she had a way of making each place feel like home.
Caroll graduated from Pecos High School and attended Odessa College. She spent most of her professional life alongside her husband building their own company, Coastal Office Products, in Victoria, TX. Their work together reflected not only their dedication, but also the strong partnership and shared vision they carried throughout their lives.
She had a love for gardening, a passion that began with her mother and stayed with her throughout her life. She found joy in nurturing things — whether it was flowers, relationships, or the people around her.
Caroll was a friend to everyone, known for her warm presence and bright smile she brought into every room. She was a natural born hostess. It brought her great joy to cook for her family and friends, nurture her flowers and herbs in her garden, and geek out about artichokes and hummingbirds.
Above all, Caroll took great pride in her family — immediate and extended. She cherished the moments they spent together and made sure to write them all down so her memories would live on forever.
She shared a deep and lasting love with her husband, Bill Edwards, who preceded her in death in 2019. Their bond was a true partnership, and his memory remained close to her heart.
She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Leslie Millikin, and her grandchildren, Mark Millikin and Rachel Millikin.
Caroll will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her gentle spirit, her strength, and the love she gave so freely.
